We used Konstantin to bring our 2 year old mixed Golden Retriever, Lily, from Atlanta to San Miguel de Allende in late July '26. He was recommended through the Mexico Relocation Guide. And, he was fantastic! From the start, Lily liked him, trusted him, and was willing to jump straight into his car. Throughout the 2 day journey, we received photos of their progress and Lily was clearly comfortable and well cared for. It's not easy to bring a dog into Mexico and having his professional assistance was one of the best parts of our long journey to get here. We highly recommend his services and want to thank him for everything!

Konstantin just completed a transport for my husband and me. He picked up our dog (Dixie) and cat (Eeyore) late Sunday, Aug. 26th in Texas and delivered them to Mérida on Wednesday, Aug. 29th. Safe, sound and happy! He provided both updates and photos/videos daily. They both looked so relaxed and were obviously loving Konstantin. I cannot express adequately just how pleased we are with Konstantin & K9 Relocation Services! If you need your fur babies transported anywhere in North America, this is the company to use!

What an amazing experience we had with K9 Relocation Services. I was super worried because my dog got picked up by someone he has never met, but Konstantin was so good with him. We used K9 Relocation Services to first relocate our two dogs and then our personal belongings from the NYC area to Mexico City. I can't say enough positive things about Konstantin and the level of service that his company provided. With the dogs, we provided him with extremely short notice due to poor planning on our end, and he went out of his way to make room for them on an upcoming scheduled trip. We were provided tracking and constant updates with photos and videos and they were delivered happy and safely within a few days of pickup. On the cargo side, he was knowledgeable about customs requirements, and also highly communicative, accommodating and resourceful (we had some really heavy, fragile challenging items to move). We were delighted to have everything delivered safely, in good condition and on the promised delivery date. Highly recommend K9 for pet and cargo transport across borders.

We hired Konstantin to bring our dog and cat from the US to MX. It was a three day trip and we were very pleased with the arrangement. Konstantin was able to bring some of our belongings down as well which was a huge help. Our cat had a major fit about the carrier used for transport and despite her scratching him, he managed to get her out and into another carrier which improved her mood entirely. He was very concerned about her well being and it was much appreciated!! Both animals arrived healthy and happy. Highly recommend if you need pet transport. Friendly and easy to work with as well!!

Konstantin is the best. Our little family of two people and a beagle hound mix took the drive together from Georgia to Querétaro. Our expectations were consistently met and exceeded. We thought it would take 3 days, and it took two. We thought we had to pay taxes on our cargo, we paid none. I think more than anything, it was the genuine nature that I appreciated most. You will get professionalism and the truth when you work with K9 Relocation Services. Don't sit on any concerns you may have. Ask Konstantin, and he will surely give you a real and thoughtful response. Your pets are in good hands. And so are you and your cargo too if you join for the ride like we did. We had our dogs transported from Green Bay, Wisconsin all the way to Mérida, Mexico, and I truly cannot recommend this service enough. From start to finish, the communication was amazing — he kept us updated constantly, sent photos, and shared his location throughout the entire trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals. He was patient, attentive, and even spoke to the dogs in Spanish, which made the transition easier for them. Our dogs arrived safe, calm, and clearly very well taken care of. Yes, it's an investment — but it was 100% worth it. Knowing our dogs were in such good hands made all the difference during a stressful time. I would absolutely trust him again.

Konstantin is beyond my expectation. He is so well connected, thus aware of any potential issues well in advance. My dogs were comfortable with him immediately. My cat…..is a cat! He was pretty vocal most of the trip. I highly recommend Konstantin's service. I don't anticipate my animals making any trips as we love being in Mérida, but if they ever needed to travel, I would not hesitate to do so with K9 Relocation Services! Konstantin got kisses from DaVinci!

I can't imagine the relocation from Atlanta to Puerto Vallarta without Konstantin's K9 Relocation Services. I almost had decided to do the drive myself with my Golden Doodle, Gussie. I did the drive from Atlanta to the Texas-Mexico border, but I'm so glad I contacted Konstantin and he made himself available to do the pet transport the rest of the way to PV in one day. I saw how that part of the trek should be handled by a professional — Gussie and I would have been sitting ducks for whatever unexpected scenario arose, and not speaking Spanish would have made it even worse. I can't say enough about how grateful I am that Konstantin found a way to help at the last minute. Gussie and I arrived a couple of days before New Year's, and we're now loving our new adventure. I cannot recommend Konstantin highly enough. His know-how, experience, diligence and love of animals sets him apart from the rest.

He drove our dog from Chicago to Oaxaca in an astonishing three days, took great care of Bobby on the road, and kept us informed of their progress.
